Product images and colours are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens and manufacturing batches may vary slightly. Stock requests are expressions of interest and are not orders or guarantees of future availability.

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams. The final total, including delivery, appears before payment. Payment is securely processed by Stripe. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation; we may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, stock, or technical error.

You are responsible for access to the email address used for your account and for keeping your contact details current. One-time codes are personal and should not be shared. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Filament performance depends on printer condition, settings, environment, storage, and intended application. Product guidance does not replace your own safety assessment, particularly for functional, food-contact, medical, automotive, or high-temperature uses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
