Orders are fulfilled locally in the UAE when stock is available. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times.
Delivery area and fees
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. Standard delivery is 
20.00. Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches 150.00 after discounts.
Processing and delivery
Paid orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Most in-stock orders are targeted for dispatch within 1–2 business days, with delivery commonly taking a further 1–3 business days depending on the emirate, address, courier capacity, weekends, and public holidays.
Address and contact details
Please provide a complete address and reachable UAE phone number. The courier may call or message to complete delivery. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or an unreachable recipient may be charged before redelivery.
Delays and risk
We will help investigate delayed or missing parcels. Events outside reasonable control—including weather, road restrictions, public holidays, and courier disruptions—may extend delivery times.
