Change-of-mind returnsالإرجاع عند تغيير الرأي
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Eligible filament must be unopened, unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in resalable condition. Return delivery costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect itemsالمنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
Contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos or video. Items we cannot acceptمنتجات لا يمكن قبول إرجاعها

Refund timingمدة الاسترداد
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Order cancellationإلغاء الطلب
Ask us quickly if you need to cancel. If the order has not been handed to the courier, we will try to stop it and issue a refund.
